跟賣是很多賣家都會遇到比較頭疼的問題,如何處理這個問題對賣家來講相當重要,趕走跟賣首先是因為跟賣會搶了我們購物車,導致主鏈接訂單減少,其次跟賣的產品質量不好,會帶來差評影響鏈接。
有品牌很好解決,我們直接用品牌進行投訴就行。
沒有品牌的情況下:有些服務商趕跟賣的方法可能會采用買空對方,常規手段是用自養號去把跟賣的庫存買空,讓這些訂單會變成Pending狀態,這種方法邏輯上是行得通的,但是亞馬遜會嚴打這種行為:
1.很多自養號都被亞馬遜識別標記了,亞馬遜是要嚴查這些自養號的。
2.大量訂單長時間pending就是不正常的,系統肯定會檢測到。
所以很大概率會被亞馬遜檢測到你是在買空對方,這種行為本就是不正當競爭,違反了《亞馬遜銷售政策和賣家行為準則》,嚴重可能導致封號的風險

最好的做法是什么呢?我們可以以產品與描述、圖片不符來給賣家發警告信。先給跟賣的發警告信,如果發了幾次警告信之后還沒效果,我們就可以采取Test Buy. 以下是警告信模板,大家可以參考下:
Dear xxx seller
The official notice is being sent because you have recently been selling xx product(s) without proper authorization.
Please note that all xx products, including this particular item (ASIN: B0xxx), are sold exclusively under contract to select distributors.
The product package have our logo and all photos that I have copyrights too.
The product you sold is totally different with our listing description. Which could lead to Amazon Policy Warning against you or even Suspension of your seller account!
We request you to remove your listing from all our product pages on Amazon.com imeediately.
Please note, This is just giving you a warning since your first infraction. Currently some seller's account blocked because we test buy and report them on Amazon.com.
